Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed. In the case of a large volume of orders then processing times may be extended by an extra week.
For preorders please refer to the listing for expected shipping dates.
All of our items are made with care and shipped using USPS!!!!
- After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation via email from Big Cartel. If it does not show up please check your promotions or spam folders. This email will contain your order number! Please don’t delete this email!
- When an item has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. We will be unable to change your address once your order has been shipped so please double check when entering.
In the case of COVID-19 we ask that you please be patient as it's aftermath is still causing delays. Stay safe Everyone!

Refunds:
As we make all products to order, all sales are final.
If you cancel a preorder before the ship date then there will be a 10% restocking fee.
If you made a mistake when ordering (wrong color, size, etc) please contact us immediately. Once the order is fulfilled and tracking is sent it can no longer be changed.
All our items are made to order and we do not carry extra stock. Please be aware when placing your order.

Missing or Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for any missing or lost packages delivered through shipping services and therefore cannot replace or refund these orders.
If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping service used (USPS) to file a missing claim or for assistance in locating your goods. Sometimes packages can be misdelivered to a neighbor or mismarked as delivered by the postal worker without them dropping it off.

How Pre-orders are Shipped:
Please see the order listing for estimated Shipping Dates for preorders. Pre-Order dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur.
Make sure that your address is correct, When you receive your tracking number via email we can no longer change it.
If you need to cancel your preorder you can do so before the ship date. Please be aware there will be a 10% cancellation fee if you decide to cancel your order before it’s shipped.
Regarding Sizing:
As items are manufactured we can't account for slight variation in sizing. Remember that size charts are approximate!
A note about Address Changes:
Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible if you need to change your address!
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change your shipping address. Please double check the shipping address before checkout to confirm accuracy. You will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees if your package was returned to us due to incorrect information.
About International Shipping:
At the time we only ship within the US, but we are looking into setting up international shipping for other countries. Thank you for being patient with us!
"Paypal charged me for an Order but it's Sold Out?":
While this happens vary rarely, we've encountered a situation where a customer authorized their purchase and it appears to have gone though. However, they recieve no confirmation email.
So what's going on? Don't worry as the money has not gone anywhere!
This is paypal trying to authroize your transaction but Big Cartel refusing because an item has sold out. Your funds have not actually been sent to us. The transaction will close itself after approximately a day.
